The Conjuring: Last Rites Director Michael Chaves on the End (and Future) of the Horror Franchise

On the heels of exclusively debuting The Conjuring: Last Rites trailer today, IGN also has an exclusive interview with director Michael Chaves. As with the other entries in the series, The Conjuring: Last Rites draws on the Warrens' case files. This film is based on the demonic haunting of Jack and Janet Smurl's home in West Pittston, Pennsylvania from 1974 to 1989.
